COVID-19 Information

To do our part in flattening the curve, the main goal of the Moses Auto Group is the safety of our customers, our staff and the communities we call home. We are closely monitoring updates from The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and our state and federal leaders and will update this policy as new information becomes available.


UPDATE 9.01.2020

Our Sales operations are currently open Monday-Friday from 9:00am-8:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am-6:00pm, and Sundays, 1:00pm-5:00pm. and our Service centers remain open M-F 7:30am-5:30pm. There will be NO service on Saturdays and Sundays except for the following:

  • The Ford, Toyota, and Lexus Service Centers will be open on Saturdays from 8:00am-1:00pm for Express and Quick Lube Services only.
  • Nissan, Chevy and Honda Service Centers will be open every other Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm for Express and Quick Lube Services only.
  • For Moses BMW's Service Center please call to make a Saturday appointment as it will open one Saturday a month 8:00am-1:00pm.

    Our Pledge To You

    While we remain open in a limited capacity, we have implemented a number of procedures to maximize social distancing and minimize exposure. These include:

    • All staff have been instructed to maintain a minimum of 6-feet from each customer when at all possible during a service or sales transaction.

    • A rigorous schedule of cleaning and sanitation of all facilities.

    • Enhanced techniques used to clean all vehicles we come in contact with during the sales and service process. From service vehicles and test drive vehicles to loaners and your individual car truck or SUV, we are sanitizing all surfaces while paying special attention to all touch points such as seats, steering wheels, controls and door handles.

    • We have increased the availability of wipes, hand sanitizers and other cleaning products available at each location for customer and staff use.

    • We have instructed our staff to engage in good hygiene and be vigilant about frequent hand washing.

    • We are taking sensible steps to help protect our team and associates. This means temporarily eliminating meetings in groups and directing staff to avoid all non-essential travel.

    • Finally, we have given each employee the option to take the time necessary to care for themselves or their families as needed


    We Need Your Help

    As we implement the steps above, we ask that each person visiting our locations or coming in contact with anyone on the Moses team please do the following:

    • Understand that our team will refrain from all handshakes, fist bumps and other contact.

    • Practice safe distance standards of a minimum of 6-feet apart.

    • Please confirm with any Moses Team member at the earliest possible time if you meet any of the following criteria:

    o You have been asked to self-quarantine for any reason relative to Covid-19

    o You have been diagnosed with Covid-19 in the last 14 days

    o You have displayed any symptoms of the Covid-19 virus such as a fever

    o You are living with, or in close proximity to, anyone currently quarantined or who has tested positive for the virus in the last 14 days.

    o You have taken part in any non-essential travel to know areas with confirmed cases of Covid-19.
